Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid the only thing we can offer is a friction shoe like the 15-104. Unfortunately, we don't sell a replacement for the naked spring. I sincerely apologize that we can't be of help with this repair; please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
