Spring attachment broke

I need to order some of these for Ply-Gem 1110/1115 Tilt Single Hung windows 11 years old. Hopefully they are not plastic now.

Your balance looks like our S795 channel balance. You'll need to know the length of the metal channel and the stamp number of your balance to determine the correct spring strength option. Thank you!

I just need the plastic part that is broke. I think the part is 15-195 T-Lock. Is the 15-195B an improvement to the 15-195?

Ah, I see. In that case, I think our 15-195 is what you want. The 15-195B isn't an improvement, it's a different type. Specifically, it has an open cam (which just means it has a hole in the back) while the 15-195 is a closed cam (the back is solid).
