Spring balance

Thanks for reaching out! This window balance can be replaced with our Series 795 Channel Balance. Although, to ensure we are providing you with the correct variation, I will need to know whether you balances install using a hook, or using a screw, at the top of the window track.

Since the balances do not have any stamps/markings, I will need to know the exact weight of the sash (the window the balances are supporting).

Thanks for confirming. You'll need the S795-23 to replace your balances. The 23B stamp will support a sash weighing 10 to 16lbs. 

The cam on the back of your shoe is open, so you will also need to purchase the 15-195B 1-1/4" T-Loc Balance Shoe. This is fairly easy to swap out with the shoe that comes on the balance. Take a look at the tutorial below for reference.
