Thanks for posting. Your pivot shoe is a little different, but I think you might be able to use our 15-177 as a substitute. Just compare the width and thickness with your old pivot shoe to ensure that they match. This pivot shoe is compatible with our Series 152 coil springs. The springs screw onto the pivot shoe with something like our 33-071. Look for stamps on your coil springs to see what spring weight you need. Let us know if you have any questions.
