Spring balance replacents

A quick learner from Waxhaw, NC says:

Hi,

My house was built in 2003 by John Wieland Homes. I'm told that that windows had been made by John Wieland at the time, but they no longer do. I'm noticing that the springs are wearing as well as the plastic "shoes" that connect to the spring. The sash then has pins on the bottom of both sides that fit into the shoes. The spring itself is about 22-23", and ~1/4" in diameter.

See attached photos. Can you help me?

Thanks

Rob

Hi Rob. This looks like our 15-104 Friction Shoe. Keep in mind however that we do not sell the springs as well, so if you need that you will have to replace your jambliners. We cannot help you with this, but if you contact your nearest millwork, they should be able to set you up with what you need.
