Spring balance side - 22 Inch

I have a customer asking for a replacement for the Spring Balance Side in the attached pictures.  Could you please provide the part number of know?

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-21 or S385-21 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2040 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Also, your stamp indicates that you should have a 21" metal channel, not including the end attachments. You may want to double-check your measurement to make sure that this is correct. Thank you!
