Spring bracket & tilt out latches

A from Sioux Falls, South Dakota says:
I am missing a metal bar that attaches to the spring on the bottom sash. Also missing two latches for the tilt out sash. I have not been able to identify the knight/dragon logo on the latch to determine brand of window.

For the pivot bar, look over the dimensions of our 26-040. See if this could work as a replacement; it has only one screw hole, but note you only need one to align for the replacement pivot bar to work. For the surface levers, the only way to know if we can replace these is to remove the old ones and to measure the prongs underneath. Their size and the distance between them will indicate if we have any replacement here. Note that removing these requires removing the top rail of the sash, and also that replacements can be hard to come by. If that's the case, you may be able to replace these with surface mount tilt latches like our 26-228 and 26-229. See the video below.
