We should be able to supply a new coil for you, but I don't know what you have. Can you tell me how thick the spring is? Can you also show me a clear photo of the pivot shoe without obstruction? That will tell me for sure what part you need to repair your window.

The spring is 1/2" wide

Thanks. Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-199, which is designed to be compatible with a couple different springs; one of them is the 1/2" thick Series 160. This may be just what you need.

How do I order them, do I need the top springs too?

All orders can be placed directly on our site at your convenience. If your top springs are damaged, then you should replace them.

I would assume it's the Series 160, since it's in the same balance system. Do you have reason to believe it's different?
