Simonton windows about 4nches long about 11/4 wide I got 5 of them broken

Thanks for posting! This coil balance cover/support reminds me of the 15-204 3/8" Coil Dual Support. This is used with the 3/8" wide Series 165 Coil Balance.

If you need a replacement for the compatible shoe, I'll need to see a photo of it to identify the correct part.
