Spring for window

The only number I see is PAT. # 5.737.877. Spring assembly is 29 inches long. Window is 29 wide x 59 high. The only marking on the window is MW on the latch.

Thanks for your post! Your window balance is a discontinued, Crossbow Channel Balance. Our Series 795 Channel Balance is not an exact match but it should work well to replace it.

To confirm the correct replacement, I'll need to know the exact weight of your window sash. Unfortunately, we cannot determine the weight by the size of the window.

Weight of window sash is 16.8 lbs.

Thanks for confirming. You'll need the S795-29 to replace your balance. You'll need the 29B stamp option; it will support 12 to 18lbs.

Since your balances use a plastic clip to install, you'll need the 26-200 Balance Screw Plug for the installation. You may also need the 33-016 screw.
