I can't find any markings on the broken spring itself. I need two of them ... one for each side of the window. Should I weigh the window itself? I have replacement pivot shoes I bought from you a while ago. Thanks.

The window sash is about 19-1/2" x 17"

Hey there!
Your old pivot shoe is no longer available but you can use the 15-177. This is compatible with the S152 coil springs. If there isn't a stamp on the spring, you must weigh the window sash on a scale and divide the weight by the total number of springs in the window.
