Thank you for reaching out to us. The pivot shoe is no longer made, but the 15-177 can replace it. The Series 152 are the compatible springs, and you'll need to check the spring band for a weight code.

For new coil supports, see the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145. We also sell the 26-226 pivot bar, but review the specifications and see if they match your repair needs. 

Note that the mentioned parts are sold individually. 

There should be a number as well. If there isn't, you'll have to divide the sash weight by the total number of springs in the window to determine the correct weights. Feel free to get back to us with the sash weight, and we can calculate what you need from there.
