You have an old-style rod balance that is no longer available. We should be able to recommend a new-style replacement, but we would need to see your balance fully removed from the window, including the bottom fitting used for installation. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us. Your old-style balance would be replaced with the S775, but you'll need to measure an undamaged balance rod, the shoe width, and weigh the sash to choose the correct specifications for your replacements.
