Spring window counterbalance connector

I need a dozen of these plastic fittings and have no idea who makes them. I also have to find out how to remove and replace them. I would appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi Brian:
Thanks for your question. It looks like you need our 15-104. You will need to remove the jamb liners to replace these. If you are not a handy person, this job may be a bit of a project. And you may need a professional.

Thanks for the reply. Removing jamb liner should be no problem. I will get the part ordered later today.
