Spring and plastic rod guide

Question

There isn't any markings whatsoever. Our home was built in 1987 and the whole house was fitted with these double hung windows. The spring unextended is 17''. The plastic piece has a hook for the spring and a hole for the window stem. The plastic has gotten brittle through years of heat and cold.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The only thing we can help with is the friction shoe which would be the 15-104. If you need the spring itself then you will need to replace the entire jamb liner. Our recommendation would be to contact the original manufacturer of the window, whoever they may be. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
