Both sides of my lower tilt in window springs broke! Both sides snapped! The lower window will not stay up!The company that installed them is no longer in business!

Hello,
I would recommend starting by removing your coil balance from the window to compare the specifications of our 15-199 pivot shoe shown below to yours. This show is designed to use either the 1/2" Series 160 or 3/8" Series 165 coil springs depending on the width of your originals.
