Home Owner from Staten Island, New York
Hello: Hope you can assit me in getting the parts needed for my window. In the Photo the spring is the broken one on the left , spring on the right  is good as far as I can see.  The item below the broken spring is what I call a T Bar, which is goes on the bottom of the window so you can tilt the window in. The last item holds the T Bar and is placed in the opening below the sprin assembaly. If you need any additional Information please contact me.

Thanks for reaching out to us! This balance assembly uses the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. I'm confident this is the correct replacement but be sure to compare the dimensions below.

The pivot bar we suggest using with this shoe is the 26-040.

The compatible coil spring is the Series 190 Coil Balance, secured to the shoe using the 33-073 screw. You'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coils to determine the correct weight option. If yours does not have them, please see the video tutorial below.

The clip, anchoring the springs to the window, is the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip and 15-182 Balance Bushing.

Jasmine:  Thank you for your attention in this matter.  I have the Springs and Bar in my shopping cart. Please take a look at the orignal photo once more;  I looking for the item in the lower righthand of the photo. It's a small roung disc that the bar goes into, to push ythe window down.  I don't see anything in your reply that address the item. Once again thanks for your help.

The part you are searching for is the shoe cam. This isn't sold separately from the shoe, so you'll need to purchase the entire part. Ours has a differ cam style, so you may need to consider replacing the pivot bar with the one mentioned above.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
