Springs broke so window will not stay open. Looking for replacement parts to fix the window. Pictures have all the information you will need I believe.

We can help but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from your window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.

It looks like you have our 15-180 coil balance shoe which uses the Series 190 coil spring. Review our dimensions and compare them to your current hardware to see if this matches up for what you need.

I can't find the tilt window sash pivot bars for the window part 15-180. The piece is about 2 1/2" long with a T at one end and 2 screw holes in the other end.

Do you have an undamaged pivot bar you could show us? Without seeing an undamaged version, I can only give a guess. Take a look at our 26-378 pivot bar, you'll need to make sure our dimensions match yours.
Keep in mind, we can't say this will work for you until we see an undamaged pivot bar.
