Springs that work with the 15-104 shoe

I believe we may be able to help you get the replacement part you need. While we are looking into this, is there any way you can send us a photo or two of the part in question? Dimensions and measurements of the part would be helpful as well.

Hi there- thanks for sending in your photos. I'm a little bit confused though, as the product you mentioned in your first post (15-104) is a friction shoe, and what you have pictured here is a pivot shoe. As far as the "springs" that you're referring to, do you mean your coil balance? If so, could you send us some pictures of that as well. It'll be hard to know the replacement you need without being able to see it. 

After reviewing your photos further, the pivot shoe you have looks like our 15-111, which is 1/2" thick. This typically goes with our Series 160 coil balance. You'll have to  look at the number stamped on your balance to determine the correct weight option. 

Hello, Mark. I'm afraid that I don't recognize this exact pivot shoe while it's still installed. Would it be at all possible to see it removed from the frame? Can you also measure its width and thickness and tell me what you get?
