Good evening,
I have a number of wooden Crestline windows that are original to the house (1995) and the balances have started to fail. One of the issues is the friction shoes, for which I Im looking for the flocked springs for Crestline windows. Do you carry them?

We do carry the friction shoe, 15-104, which works for the Crestline jamb liners. If you need to replace the springs, you will need a whole set of new jamb liners. You would need to take one jamb liner and both sashes to your nearest millwork for them to set you up with a new jamb liner balance system.
