Hello there. Looks like you're showing us a pivot shoe connected to a coil balance assembly. The pivot shoe is the plastic block from which the window tilts inward. The coil balance is the coil tape within that housing further up the sash. It is tensioned and regulates the opening and closing of the window. Now, I think the shoe might be our 15-177, in which case you'd need Series 152 Coil Balances. But you'll need to remove your old parts and compare your old shoe with the dimensions and design below to confirm it matches. The identity of the pivot shoe determines the coil balances need.
