Thanks for writing in. This looks a 15-195B Open Cam T-Lock Shoe. You can swap this shoe out with the shoe that comes installed by default with our Series 795 Channel Balances. See the video below for details. 

One detail: our Series 795 balances install to the window track with a screw-on tab. Inspect how each set of your Series 795 installs to the window track. Does it have a tab you screw-in, or a hook that goes into a slot in the wall? If so, let us see pictures of the slot in the window track, and that will help us determine the best course of action.
