Storm door lock

A handy person from N J says:

Unfortunately the door got stuck in the lock position and I had to cut the lock and lock cylinder.

I only need the actual mortise locking mechanism and brass lock cylinder. I have all the other brass components in usable condition.

Also I'm looking for the rubber sweep which I sent a picture of on the bottom of the door if you have that available I'd appreciate it.

Unfortunately, we don't have an exact match for this lockset but start by looking at our 40-049 to see how the dimensions compare to yours. Unfortunately, the mortise lock is not sold separately. 

As for the door sweep, take a look at our 58-149 Larson bottom insert. Thank you!
