Larson Door Bottom Replacement Insert

I have a 32" black aluminum storm door (can't find a brand or model number) that is 1 5/8" thick and has a brass-finished bottom door sweep with three channels that accept black vinyl fins. The fins are 1/2" wide and look sort of like a "Y" but as you can see, the fin is smooth on one side and inde ... (cont.)

The part I need is the draft sweep at the bottom of the door used to stop cold air from entering under the door. The registration # is 04229894538 93. Door is 35.5 inches wide. Thanks

I own a Sugar Creek storm door that needs new rubber sweeps fopr the bottpm, none of the hardware or big box stores in my area carry any. Can you lead me where I can purchase?

The door is by Cole Sewell. I am looking to replace the weather strip that slides between the opening I'm pointing at. Any help?
