Strike plate identification

Question

I haven't been able to figure out which strike plate to order.  It mounts to the face of the door frame but the hook type latch goes into the side.  The screw holes are 3 1/2" apart on center.  I need black.  My door handle is 4 15/16".

Hello,

It looks like your door uses a surface-mounted handle set like the 82-005 shown below. This assembly comes with a keeper that can be packed out to be mounted on the face of the door as shown in your photos. Unfortunately, the keeper is not available separately.
