String in Balance and Trim Piece Broke

The string in the balance on my window is broke also on trim piece on the inside is broke. I need teplacement parts

Seems like the Series 795 balance, but check to make sure you have the 15-195 1-1/4" shoe.

As for the trim piece, is this trim from the window? If so, can you remove a piece to show us the butt end?

Ok this is the strip its 32 inches long,also on the balance mine attaches to the window frame with a hook not a screw.the picture on your website looks like it attaches with a screw.

Thanks for getting back to us. If your balance attaches with a hook, it will have to be specially made. Can you just tell me how many you need? Can you also tell me what stamp is printed on it?

For that glazing, look at our 55-080. This may be a match.
