Stripped gears on windows operator

Question

I need a replacement for this.   They are at least 20 years old.  TPUTI 1 imprinted on one arm.  Short arms are about 3" and the long ones about 11.5.  The crank cover is 5".  Also how do I unclip or detatch the arms from the window?

Hey there. This looks a bit like the 39-239B or stainless steel 39-239C Awning Operators. Please compare. For handles and covers, see the 39-375 or 39-451, depending on the style preferred.
