Stripped worm gears on my crank out window

A quick learner from Ballwin, MO says:
Hi Tom,
I've got stripped worm gears on two crank out windows in my kitchen.
I thought your website picture was of my windows! Would like to know what parts I need to order. Thanks in advance. -Kevin

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hey, Kevin! That's an accurate assessment. You'll definitely need new operators. In order to identify a match, I'll have to see a photo of the entire operator in question. That includes both the base and the arms that physically open and close the window. Seeing it all in one clear shot will be the most helpful. Thank you!

A quick learner from Ballwin, MO says:
Hi Tom,
that's going to be pretty tough. The only other component that isn't fully encased in the window frame is the gear set.

Can't id the part from the picture? it looks identical to the example from your site that i included.

thanks,
Kevin

Thanks, Kevin. These photos are perfect. Based on the design of those arms and the numbers printed on them, I would start by looking at our 39-155 and 39-156. Please carefully review the dimensions we show for these parts and let me know if they differ in any way. Otherwise, you should be good to go.
