Sun Window Part

Question

25 year old Sun double hung window. Broken sliding part that attaches to the spring for the balance. In close up view of slide, there should be a hook on the right side. The over balance assembly is approximately 53 inches long on the longest side and 3.5 inches wide.

I would be glad to just purchase the slide part but if the entire assembly is available, could go that way as well.

This looks like our 15-104 Friction Shoe. Look it over and see if you agree. If you wanted to replace the entire jamb liner system, we don't sell this, but if this is a wood window, a local mill work should be able to assist.
