The existing part was stamped with the number 2720B. I can't seem to find it, Hopefully you can help me find this part. Thank you for your help

This balance has the same attachments as either the S380-28 or S385-28, I believe. Measure the metal bar to be sure it is 28" long, and measure the shoe as shown below to tell whether you need Series 380 or Series 385 . Your old balance uses the equivalent of SWISCO's 2720 stamp option, but if you want to make sure the original weight option was right for you, weigh the sash.
