Sunrise window wont go up and down correct

A quick learner from Marinette Wisconsin says:
I bought this house this past summer. One window is having issues. Window has all these busted parts on one side. Can it be fixed?

It looks like you need a new pivot shoe, but I'm not sure what you have from this photo. It's too damaged for me to make out anything. 

You might have a match for our 15-129, but this is an educated guess. I recommend getting a hold of an undamaged version of your old pivot shoe and then comparing it to the pictures and dimensions we show on the 15-129 store page.
