I would recommend starting by comparing our 3/8" diameter S900 spiral balance and 26-089 pivot bar to your original hardware.

To research replacement options for your pivot shoe, we would need to know the exact width and thickness to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

2" x15/16"x3/8 measurements on shoe

Also need 2" tilt bar see attached. 1/4" thick

As for your balance, if the colored tip is missing on both balances in the window, you would need to weigh the window sash and follow the chart below to choose the correct option:

Color Tip Sash Weight Range

Red 10 to 22 lbs

Green 14 to 26 lbs

Yellow 24 to 34 lbs
