Surface mount handle

Question

I want to replace a broken door handle on my sliding door. I have photos to explain my existing door handle. I believe the mechanism is what you call "surface mounted."
Mounting screws are 2 and 3/4 inches apart.

Unfortunately, we don't sell an exact match for it, but take a look at the 82-005 with 4-15/16" installation hole center spacing. This surface mount handle set comes with a keeper that must be mounted to the door jamb, but I'm not sure if you'll have the room for it. Take a look at the specifications and video below to see what you think.
