Surface mount sliding door handle

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid I don't recognize this surface-mount design. It may no longer be available anywhere. See if you could adapt a different surface-mount handle set like our 82-005 to the door instead. This set has 4-15/16" hole spacing, so you'd have to drill new holes to install it, but it otherwise works similarly. Take a look and see what you think.
