Surface mount sliding door hardware

Unfortunately, we do not carry a handle set with the same hole spacing as your original assembly. Our closest option would be the 82-005 surface mounted handle set but the hole spacing is 4-15/16" You would need to drill new installation holes and make sure that you have space on the door frame to install the keeper that comes with the 82-005.
