Surface mount sliding door hardware

A contractor from Bowie, Md says:
Mounting holes are 6 3/4 inches apart. Believe door original to house. House built in 1984.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry a handle set with the same hole spacing as your original assembly. Our closest option would be the 82-005 surface mounted handle set but the hole spacing is 4-15/16" You would need to drill new installation holes and make sure that you have space on the door frame to install the keeper that comes with the 82-005. Take a look at the video below to see if you think that this might work for you. Thank you!
