Survivor coil balance

Hello, I have a double hung vinyl window made by a survivor technologies that no longer makes the windows it is about 10 years old and my window want stay up I have attached 2 pictures of the parts that I need have. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Ed

Is the spring the only part you need? It may be. In any case, I'll list all the parts you showed.

In your photos, I see the 16-024 mounting bracket, the 15-087 coil housing pivot, and a broken S180-6 coil spring.

There should be a cut-out at the top of the window track where you can remove your balance system, so you can see the parts and gauge what's broken. You'll only need to replace the damaged parts.
