Window opens but handle does close the window

What i meant to say is that the window opens by turning the handle, but the handle gets loose when turning it and doesn't close the window. Definitely needs the parts to fix!

It sounds like your operator gear is stripped out. Yours appears to be an older version of our 39-387. Look it over and see what you think. We also sell the 39-388 for the opposite side.
