I'm looking to replace the coils in our windows. They open very hard and noisy. I've attached 5 pictures. I'm only seeing one stamp and it's on the pivot shoe; a number 3. I weighed the sash and it is 21.6 pounds. Would you be able to tell me what parts I'd need?

Hey Jake. This looks like a 15-199 Pivot Shoe, which works with either 3/8" wide Series 165 Coil balance springs, or the 1/2" wide Series 160 springs. You'll need to measure your existing spring's width to see which Series you have. I can work out the spring weight replacements needed from there.
