T-Lock Balance Shoe?

A handy person from Indiana says:
Hi, I am so excited to find your site! I am trying to repair some windows for my mom. They are Silver Line 2900 series tilt windows. The locking shoe is broken on several bedroom windows. I don't know much about this, so hoping you can help. One of the attached photos shows the broken shoe. Stamped on the balances is the number 26-5. These are original and not replacement windows. My question is will the 1 1/4" T-Lock balance shoe work? What's the difference between a closed and open cam? Is there a video for replacing the balance and reinstalling the window? I and also in need of tilt locks (photo attached also) I need to make sure I order the correct ones. Finally, do they (tilt locks) come in colors? The original ones are beige.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

The balance in your photos resembles our S770-26 channel balance, which works with a handful of different pivot shoes. We would need to see an undamaged shoe removed from the window, including the width and thickness, to recommend a replacement.

We'd also need to see an undamaged tilt latch removed from the sash, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Take a look at the videos we've related for you to assist with the replacement process. Thank you!
