T-Lock Balance Shoe

Question

Does your 28" Series 795 Channel Balance, Product Code: S795-28, come with a 1" wide balance shoe or a 1 1/4"? My current is approximately 1" wide and 13/32" (3/8") deep. My Balance is intact and operating, it's just the shoe that was broke. The channel the balance goes in has opening of 3/8" wide. Do you have a shoe that will work with my balance or should I just get a new balane assembly and will the 795 series work with my window? Thanks for your help. Craig

Thanks for posting. Our Series 795 comes with the 15-195 shoe, which is 1-1/4" wide. I think you want our 15-194, which is only 1" wide. This shoe is sold separately, but these shoes just clip on and off so you should have no trouble swapping them out.
