T-Lock Shoe Replacement?

Can you kindly let me know which replacement part I need to use for this. Will your replacement part # 15-195B work? The measurement are all correct.

Thanks for posting, Andrew. I am afraid that your t-lock shoe cannot be replaced. Do you see the grooves within the stem of the shoe? Our t-lock shoes do not have such an interface. Therefore, you need to replace not only your t-lock shoes, but your window balances also. See the video below that explains this process, and let us know what you think.

Thanks for the input. Can you let me know if the 795 series will address my issue and does the balance come with all the equipment or do I need to purchase each things separately?

Hi Andrew, all our Series 795 Channel Balances come fully assembled and ready-to-install out of the box. So yes, the Series 795 will effectively replace your t-lock shoes in addition to your old balances. In some cases a different t-lock shoe is required than the one installed by default on the Series 795; but in your case you should be good to go.
