Handy Person from North Carolina
Have a single hung pull out window with two broken T head pivot bars. Looking for correct replacement parts as well as advice on how to remove the remainder of the broken pivot bars still located inside of the casing.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we'd need to see an undamaged pivot bar removed from the sash, along with dimensions, to research your replacement options. Don't worry about trying to remove the broken part of the bar since there is plenty of room to install the new one.

Please see attached photo. Dimensions are (roughly) 3" long and (measuring from the t junction back), the first hole center is about 1 1/8" and the second hole center is about 1 7/8". The holes are spaced about 13/16" on center apart from each other.

Take a look and compare the specification of our 26-378 to yours. Thanks for posting!
