Whats the difference from 15-195B, 15-195c? Whats the difference with "closed cam" and "open" cam?

Thanks for posting. The difference between the 15-195 and the 15-195B is that the 15-195 has a 'closed cam', which simply means that you can't see through the back of the cam; the 15-195B has a cam that has no wall in the back, so you can see through its backside. It appears you have the 15-195 Closed Cam shoe. However, there's a bigger issue here. You'll note that your old T-Lock Shoe has a 'grooved stem'; this allows it to interface with a similar groove in your existing channel balances. I am afraid that our T-Lock Shoes and balances lack these grooves; therefore, I am afraid you'll have to replace not just the T-Lock Shoes, but your existing channel balances as well.

See our Series 795 Channel Balances. The good news is that these channel balances come by default with our 15-195 installed, so you wouldn't need to buy it separately. Measure the length of the metal channel to determine what length balance you need. Look for a stamp code on the metal channel to determine what stamp option you require. Finally, make sure your balances attach to the window track the same way our balances do, by a screw-on tab. If it's by a hook instead, let us know. Many thanks.
