You were extremely helpful two years ago in identifying the correct window shoe. Now, I need your help identifying the window piece pictured above.

Welcome back, Susan. I remember when you asked about your pivot shoe. We recommended the 15-046 pivot shoe as a possible replacement. Did you ever take a look to see if this is compatible with yours? If not, have a look and see if this will work. As for the pieces in the first photo, I am not sure what that is. Could you send us a photo of the part completely intact so that we can have a look? Thank you.

I did order the 15-046 pivot shoe and they were perfect.

I will be visiting my Mom this upcoming weekend and will take a picture of the piece intact.

Attached are images of where the piece in withing. I will be purchasing the inside and outside case.

Thank you for the additional photos. Have a look at our 26-228 and 26-229 tilt latches. You will want to confirm that your screw hole measurements match up to ours, at 2-1/8". Take a look and let us know what you think.
