Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to say we would not be able to supply you with an exact replacement match for your existing Truth hardware mortise lock. Our 82-265 looks similar in design but you'll need to carefully review it's dimensions and design to confirm if it would be a fit.

Keep in mind, your existing keeper isn't likely to be compatible, so you'll also need to take a look at the 82-249.
