How do I remove the old take out clips and insert the new ones?

You can remove our 16-002 take out clip with a pair of pliers. Keep in mind, however, that you will destroy it when taking it out, as they are technically meant to be permanent. Just be mindful of this as you take it out so as to avoid causing unnecessary damage to the window track.
