I miss placed the parts. Photos are what I have. Numbers you gave me are:
S600-19 blue tip
75-006 tool
15-046 foot. Slot is approximately 1/2"
Found the parts the foot is 1/2".
I think these are the balance parts

Hello,
I agree that the 15-046 could be a good replacement for your pivot shoe as long as the 1-1/4" width and 1/2" thickness match your dimensions. You'll also need to make sure that the 5/8" diameter of the S600-19 spiral balance matches your original plastic balance cover. You are also correct that the 75-006 charging tool would be used with this tilt window assembly. Thank you!
