pivot shoe on vinyl replacement tilt windows from 2003,probably from Home Depot.

Your shoe is a very old style that isn't made anymore. However, as long as the thickness is 1/2" then you should be able to use our 15-046 as an alternative. Even though it looks different it still functions the same way.
