Tandem roller assembled that has the adjustment screw on the inside of the door, not on the end of the door

A quick learner from Sutton,vt says:
Not sure of the door maker, but adjustment Philips screw is recessed on the inside of the door.
Most of the rollers adjustment screws are located at the end of the door.

Is there a place to find the manufactures name on sliding glass doors?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Even if you knew the manufacturer, that probably won't tell you what the roller is. The only way to know for sure is to remove the original.

We do have a couple different tandem rollers with a screw on the face. That narrows it down a bit, but you still need to remove the original to determine which of these you need. There's no way out of that, unfortunately. It has to be done.

Once you do, compare your part to our 81-128, 81-151, 81-018, or 81-156 to start out. There are more, but these are relatively common.
