It seems that the springs are worn out.
All other parts function correctly.

Hello,
Unfortunately, the only part that we can replace from this assembly would be the 15-104 friction shoe. If the springs are worn out, you'll need to contact a local millwork to see if they could have new jamb liners made for your windows. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair!
